Vizard Rules

The Vizard, as a race with more than one advantage, will have several rules governing them. There will be no exceptions.

Only 7 people will be allowed to register as Vizards. 3 of those will be allowed ex-captain status, and to start with bankai. The other 4 do not get to start with Bankai. All 7 must have elite quality applications.

A Vizard counts as an elite character, whether or not he/she is an ex-captain.

You may only have 1 Vizard Character. I probably don't need to say this, but just incase.

Vizard get the same amount of techniques they'd have if they hadn't gotten hollow powers and left. Ex elites have their elite amount of techniques while non-elites, in this case the ex-lieutenants, would have the same as well. Ex-captain: 5 and Ex-Lieutenant: 4.

Currently, the process for turning into a Vizard from a shinigami is closed. These rules will be amended with the process once the staff has decided upon it.
