Kaze cried, finishing off his 3rd bottle of sake, his eyes red and puffy. He had just been demoted from his position as 4th seat, and for all he knew, he would be kicked out of soul society for good. All because Sai's girlfriend liked Kaze in bed more than Sai and left him because of it. He went to take another drink, but soon found the bottle was sadly empty.
He went to the edge of the cliff where the executions take place, staring down its length at the distant ground below. In his inebriated state, it didn't look all that far. He coughed up a loogie and spat it down. The spit quickly broke apart and if it did the ground below, Kaze didn't hear it. A smile ran across his face, as what he thought was a brilliant idea ran through his mind. With foolish determination and confidence, he jumped off the cliff and raced towards the ground below.
Feeling like superman, he spread out his arms, the wind billowing against his uniform. He was invincible, a shinigami, no one could mess with him. To further prove this, he took a flashstep towards the ground, increasing his speed even further. A slam was heard as his body slapped against the ground, his body exploding into gore. While no one was around to see it, eventually someone would walk by to find a messy scene of blood and flesh. If only Kaze wasn't so great in bed, would he maybe be alive today.
